I visited Vale esthetics in Parkway parade branch incharged Ms. Catsey very accommodating and nice. I grabbed their promotion and it’s worth it, cheap and very good. Ms. Pamela is very good she did the massage for me .. so relaxing satisfying.. got the promotion from facebook.❤️❤️❤️
I came in today with a frozen shoulder n terrible headache. Staff who is in charge of marine parade is very approachable. She suggested to me to do a TCM herbal shoulder n neck treatment plus a moxi instead of my usual massage. After the treatment my shoulder is very light n I can remove my shirt n raise my hand. My headache is gone done.
Trainer & consultant provides good customer service as she explained & listened to my experiences with the previous masseuse & reasons of discontinuing. She recommended one with good experience & asked to me to try out. if I do not enjoyed the massage she will assist to workout the remaining massage package into facial treatments. It is professional of her to listen, to take action & workout the solution in the best interest of both the client & the company branding of good services.
